Who is God to you?
Comment who God is to you… but wait! Before you type it, really think on it and mean it! Sometimes we say what we say and it has no true meaning. Be slow to speak, think before you speak and when you are ready. As you are typing it out, say it out loud!

So good! Recently heard repentance explained and was like I’ve been thinking on this wrong way too long 😅
Day 1 Of THE 40
THE 40 | DAY 1 — PREPARE. Good morning, family! Welcome to Day 1 of THE 40! It’s Sunday, and I couldn’t think of a better way to begin this journey than by resting, resetting, and REPENTING. Before we start changing our routines, our bodies, or our habits, we’re going to prepare our hearts. Because transformation doesn’t begin with what you do. It begins with what you believe and who you’re willing to follow. Today, we’re focusing on REPENTANCE. Not just asking God for forgiveness, but having a change of mind that leads to a change in direction. Turning away from our own ways and turning toward the Lord Jesus. HERE’S YOUR DAY 1 PROTOCOL: 1. PRAYER — Prepare Your Heart Get alone with the Lord Jesus today. Ask Him to search your heart, examine your motives, and reveal anything in your life that needs to change. Don’t rush this moment. Be intentional. 2. MOVEMENT — 20-Minute Walk Today isn’t about an intense workout. Take a 20-minute walk. Get some fresh air, reflect, and spend time talking with God. 3. SCRIPTURE — Mark 1:15 “Repent ye, and believe the gospel.” Read it. Study it. Meditate on it. 4. REFLECTION — Be Honest With Yourself Ask yourself: What areas of my life have I been asking God to bless when He’s actually been calling me to change direction? You don’t have to share your personal answer publicly, but I do want you to take this seriously. NOW, HERE’S WHAT I WANT FROM EVERYONE TODAY! Once you’ve completed your Day 1 protocol, come back to this post and comment “DAY 1 COMPLETE.” And if you feel comfortable, share one thing the Lord taught you today. Remember, this isn’t about being perfect for 40 days. It’s about learning to walk intentionally with God, one day at a time. We don’t start by striving. We start by surrendering. Let’s get to work! — Coach Williams

The 40 Day Lock In!
WELCOME TO THE 40. 40 DAYS. 40 NIGHTS. ONE DECISION CAN CHANGE EVERYTHING. If you’re reading this, welcome to something bigger than a challenge. For those of you who’ve been here since the Transformation Blueprint, I want you to know that we’re entering a new season. And for those of you who are just joining us, I’m glad you’re here. I’ve spent years helping people transform their bodies, develop discipline, and establish healthier routines. But one thing I’ve learned is that true transformation has to begin on the inside. Because you can change your body and still struggle with your identity. You can accomplish goals and still lack peace. You can be motivated today and find yourself right back where you started tomorrow. That’s why I created THE 40. This is a community of people who are making the decision to stop living beneath who God created them to be. We’re going to grow spiritually, mentally, and physically. We’re going to strengthen our relationship with God, renew our thinking, take care of our bodies, and establish habits that reflect the lives we’re called to live. And we’re going to do it TOGETHER. Every 40 days, we’ll have an opportunity to lock in, challenge ourselves, and continue growing. But understand something. We’re not changing our lives FOR 40 days. We’re using 40 days to change how we live. Our first official lock-in begins November 1st. And I’m not just going to be coaching you through this. I’m going to be walking alongside you. I believe the greatest testimony of this community won’t simply be how much weight people lose or how many goals they accomplish. It’ll be the people they become along the way. NOW I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU. Before we get started, introduce yourself in the comments: 1. What’s your name, and where are you joining us from? 2. What’s ONE area of your life you’re determined to change? 3. What would it mean to you to finally become consistent in that area? Don’t overthink it. Just be real. I’m excited about what we’re building here.
