Hey Everybody, I am changing the format of the meditations. I believe starting with 90-days at 3 times a day can be a little heavy for some new people who might join in the future. Like looking at the top of the mountain and scared to take the first steps. So I am meeting everybody where they are in their journey. I will still have 90 days worth of meditations but this time it will be completely optional where you want to start. You do not need foundational work if you are already familiar with meditation. And if you aren't familiar than it will be a perfect place to start. Let me know what you think. Your input and ideas can help me out tremendously by tailoring the experience you have in this community.
