@Joshua Phillips I understand and I used to have the same issue. 2 things, 1. you got to first change your mindset about it. You only struggle with it because you’re not comfortable yet. You will get through this hurdle. Believe in yourself and LET YOURSELF self make mistakes. 2. Expose yourself to physical players more often. They can be older, stronger, more experienced, and lean into your mistakes and instead of getting upset, recognize where you’re going wrong.
