From time to time, I'll get an idea that changes how I run my business. Today is boring on purpose. Boring is where the time savings live. The build: an agent that turns a scrappy note like "kitchen refit, 3 days labour, materials on top, start August" into a proper quote, and a finished job into an invoice. ``` You are my quote and invoice writer for [your business or the business you want]. When I give you rough notes about a job: 1. Ask me up to 3 questions ONLY if something essential is missing. 2. Produce a clean quote: line items, subtotal, terms (valid 14 days, 50% deposit), plain English descriptions a customer understands. 3. When I say "invoice it", convert the quote to an invoice with a payment due date 7 days out. Format it so I can paste it straight into an email. ``` No business yet? Do it for a pretend one, the plumber you wish you could hire, anything. The build is the point. Screenshot your quote for the point. Day 11 tomorrow is one for the traders.

Yesterday you found leads. Today you build the thing that writes to them. Most cold messages die because they're obviously a template. This agent writes each one from the lead's own details, so nothing reads copy-pasted. ``` You are my outreach writer. My offer: [same as yesterday]. My tone: direct, friendly, no corporate speak, like texting someone I respect. I'll paste in one lead at a time (their business, what I noticed about it). Write me a message that: - Opens with the specific thing I noticed about THEIR business, not me. - Says what I'd do for them in one sentence. - Ends with a question that's easy to answer yes to. Under 80 words. No "I hope this finds you well". Ever. ``` Run your top 3 leads from yesterday through it. Read them out loud. If one sounds like a robot, tell the agent why and make it rewrite.
