Use: External SSDs → Fast, portable editing Cloud (e.g., Google Drive) → Client sharing Remote access Collaborations Calls ❄️ Archive (Cold Storage) Use: NAS server Large hard drives Organize chronologically: 2024 → Projects → Private Photos → Office Inside “Projects”: YouTube Client projects Social media Film titles Why chronological? Time never changes. Projects do.
