Sunday: worship and cardio
On Sunday itâs a good time to have an extended focus on God then go exercise and meditate on the word. Workout of the day was 2 mile walk/jog with 20lb weighted vest. A quick 30 min workout to stay active and get 1% better. Bible passage of the day: Psalms 124 Donât forget to remember everything God has done for you in the past. It can give us the patience to endure the current situation because we know God is there and will step in when itâs time.
