⚖️ When a Good Idea Isn’t Legal
I was researching an idea these past days. I really liked it: the concept, the design, the business model…And it’s already working really well in the US. But then I found the catch. In Spain (where I live), it’s not legal to run this kind of business without a license. And those licenses can cost anywhere between $200k–$500k. So basically… not an option right now. It’s frustrating because the idea feels validated, but you hit a wall that has nothing to do with product or execution. Curious to hear from you: 👉 What do you do when you find a great idea but it’s not viable in your country? 👉 Do you pivot, move to another market, or just drop it? Part of the game, I guess.

I'm trying to pivot the idea or completely change the business model.
🧠 Do You Work on Weekends?
Quick question for everyone here. Do you stop on weekends or keep building? Lately I’ve been thinking about this because when you’re working on your own projects, it’s hard to “switch off”. There’s always something to improve, something to build, something to test. At the same time, rest is also part of the process. Right now I’m somewhere in between:not going full work mode, but also not fully disconnecting. Curious: 👉 Do you take weekends completely off? 👉 Or do you use them to keep building your projects? Would be interesting to see how everyone approaches this 👇

😅 Dealing with LemonSqueezy (and Bureaucracy)
I’m still having some issues with LemonSqueezy. On one hand, I totally understand why they ask for so much information — it makes sense to prevent fraud and keep things secure. But at the same time… it can get really frustrating. These kinds of bureaucratic processes slow you down, break your momentum and honestly can be a bit demotivating when all you want to do is build and launch. It’s one of those things nobody talks about when building online, but it’s part of the game. Right now I’m trying to stay patient and just get through it. Curious to hear from you: 👉 How do you deal with these kinds of admin / verification issues? 👉 Do you push through, switch tools or just pause until it’s solved?

Man, this kind of thing is the worst; you just have to take it one step at a time.
I'm starting from scratch
I've noticed there's a section where you can get ideas; once I check it out and put it into practice, I'll come up with a good idea to start posting comments here. 🙌

🤦‍♂️ Small Mistake, Real Lesson (LemonSqueezy)
I messed up today. I spent time setting up all my products on LemonSqueezy, getting everything ready to start selling… and my account got rejected. The reason?I used the wrong address. Or at least that's what I think happened. On my ID there’s an old address, different from where I actually live, and I didn’t think twice about it when filling the details. That was enough to create issues during verification. It’s a small thing, but a good reminder that operational details matter just as much as building the product. Building in public also means sharing the messy parts, not just wins. Now I need to sort this out and see how to move forward. Curious: 👉 Have you ever had a simple admin / legal mistake block your progress? 👉 How did you handle it? Lessons everywhere

Man, the worst part is the waiting—hope it gets fixed soon. I like the project you mentioned.
