What you'll be doing: Calling and texting inbound leads fast (speed to lead is everything here). You'll qualify clinic owners on whether they're a real fit, book them onto our closers' calendars, and follow up so they actually show. You'll also work no-shows and older leads back onto the calendar. You're talking to business owners, not consumers. They're busy, they've been burned by agencies before, and they can smell a script from a mile away. If you can hold a real conversation with an owner and get them to commit to a time, you'll do well here. Comp: $1,500/month base plus 5% of cash collected on every deal you set that closes. On top of that, you get a $250 bonus for every $50K in revenue generated, and it stacks. Commission is uncapped, and top setters can make $4,500+/mo.
