stack of Rad 150, S4, Cardarine, and mk-677
hello, thoughts on a stack of Rad 150, S4, Cardarine, and mk-677? Is that too much? Any suggested adjustments and/or add on supplements?

RIP CONNOR MURPHY
Sad day for the fitness and self-improvement community. Whether you followed Connor from the beginning or discovered him later, it's hard to deny the impact he had on an entire generation. He inspired millions of people to step into the gym for the first time, build confidence, overcome insecurities, and believe they could become a better version of themselves. Over the years, Connor evolved far beyond fitness. He constantly questioned ideas, explored new perspectives, and challenged people to think differently. You didn't have to agree with every conclusion he reached to appreciate his willingness to explore, learn, and push boundaries. His passing is also a reminder that curiosity and experimentation should always be balanced with caution. Progress comes from asking questions, but it's just as important to respect the risks involved and prioritize safety. More than anything, let's remember Connor for the motivation he gave so many people to improve their health, pursue their goals, and believe they were capable of more. Rest in peace, Connor. Your influence lives on through the countless lives you changed. I'd love to hear your favorite Connor Murphy memory or the video that inspired you the most. Let's celebrate the positive impact he had on so many of us. 💙 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eEfQlYD7AiE
