How to build self worth during stressfull times.
So today I'm going to focus on the importance of YOU focusing on YOU. Take time to take a shower and just stand in the water letting the water calm and cleanse you for your day. feeling clean and fresh can make our self worth go way up but so many times its neglected in times of high stress. Start the day feeling fresh and clean and you will be surprised how it lifts the depression even a small amount. have a wonderful dayπŸ₯°.
