My PSA to the 'Anti-AI' Crowd
Idk about you guys but It seems like more and more people I run into in real life are developing this 'Anti-AI' mindset. I attached a video that went viral of college graduates booing AI comments that were just true statements lol. Being 'Anti-AI' is an expensive virtue signal as the world does not care about your feelings towards AI and will keep moving on without you. That is the truth that many have not accepted. I'm not a fan of big tech companies and also understand the negatives of AI. But I don't recommend torching your career and livelihood just to gain the 'moral high ground' on social media. All of us in this community are choosing the correct path of being proactive and building leverage with AI instead of being reactive like everyone else... Are you guys also hearing more 'Anti-AI' remarks?

Those that Boo are the ones who are failing to adopt it and are going to be left behind. At one tie there was a BIG pushback on not being about not. being able to go out drinking then drive hoke. I saw old footage of news reports where people were upset. Or when the car was 1st introduced and pushing out more and carriages. Look at when computers 1st hit the scene. Anything new scares people un til they understand how to adapt and use it. It's just that AI moves so quickly people are having a herd time adjusting. It doesn't help that there is a lot of scare tactics about AI and that it is taking all the electricity and water and nobody will be able to get a job because AI will be doing everything. People are just afraid because of the misinformation on it. They believe what they see I the movies. and think this is Skynet and AI will take over everything.I for one plan on being one of the few that understand AI, know how to properly use it. Because in the end there is a TON of hype and misinformation and when things settle and this idea AI will do everything will slow and the real using it as a tool will rise to the top and those that understand that future and how to use it will be in a good position.
2 More Claude Code Use Cases
Hey guys! So I've been spending 8+ hours a day inside Claude Code and the more I dive in the more lightbulbs go off lol. I'll try to make videos for these when I have more time but here's two more use cases: 1. Vibe Coding my own Social Media Scheduler (with Blotato MCP & Google Workspace CLI) - This is all a bigger part of an 'AI Marketing Operating System' I'm working on to help with organization 2. Creating a Daily Backup System that automatically backs up your Claude Code files to Google Drive with daily notes (with Google Workspace CLI) I keep learning new things with Claude Code everyday and I can't stress enough how important it is to just dive in and keep testing things! What are some useful things you guys are using Claude Code for?

@Catherine Eadie not a lot. I sort of do but I have so much chaos during the day I can barely even think much less to my work much less use AI. Although we keep getting told to use AI. But mostlyCopilot365. I do have VSC and can get limited access to Claude but it’s through Copilot and only through VSC no cli. But 9+ hrs of meetings and never really having time to sit down with it and most of my workstation is locked down so I can’t do or install anything. I find it amusing we are told to use ai and everybody ic copying and pasting into copilot like a search engine like it’s god and that’s what is expected. But I started doing some.i sort of use this method to generate SQL queries so that’s cool but that’s not enough for me to explore, grow, and have fun.

@Catherine Eadie well we are told use AI, use AI but do t get the full use. It’s copying in and out of copilot and everybody is using it like that and just uses it like Google and treats the result as 100% accurate and don’t go to the SME’s other than to say copilot said you need to do this so do it. In my experience you need to know what you want from AI. Sure you can do planning to get there but copying text into it and hitting enter then taking those results as 100% accurate is bad. Data should be clean. What you want and expect should be defined. You should have a plan not just use ai to use ai and expect miracles. Design the tools rather than block all the important paths fwd those tools need. Otherwise just go to Google.
Claude Code vs n8n - What Should You Use? 🤖
I've seen the "Claude Code vs n8n" question a lot recently and here's how I think about it: Claude Code = High Value, Low Volume Tasks Higher-leverage work like writing email newsletters, generating images, designing websites, creating ads, etc. Higher stakes so quality matters more. n8n = High Volume, Low Value Tasks Higher-volume work like inbox monitoring, scheduled jobs, data entry, research, background workflows, etc. Lower stakes so efficiency matters more. That's how I would think about it anyways. I don't think Claude Code "killed" n8n like half of AI influencers are claiming. Do you use Claude Code or n8n more in your business?

@Rod Macbeth This is assuming AI neer hallucinates.I have hd many ties where I worked with Claude or another LLM and it just isn't getting it. Sometimes something is wrong and you'll it what you need t fi and it breaks something else. You ask it to fix that and the original thing it re-breaks. Now LLM's are trains ng on the data they created. Claude is an incredible top but I don't see it replacing n8n only complementing g it. Or smaller jobs but long and complex with a lot of sensitive data, authentications, etc. Giving that access to Claude and hoping it won't make a wrong decision. I'd ever trust that.

@Nesil Ozer Or don't decide and use both. Each has its place. Like a hammer and a sledgehammer. Each has a job and you wouldn't use one to do the other.
