Bio: Carnivore for 2 years with interruptions. History of eating disorders, multiple sclerosis. Looking to cleanup my carnivore for optimal health.

Bio: I have taught yoga since 2016 and began teaching fitness classes in 1979. I'm excited for this journey and support from my fellow carnivores.

Bio: Retired nursing professor. Dealing with some health issues.I did the 90 day challenge in May of 24. Went off Jan to April. Back on carnivore now
