Sounds awesome! Will comping be specific only to single family or will we have other comps for land, multi family n commercial. I know those are huge differences from SF but happy if just SF which is HUGE!! Ty.

Yep! Awesome strategy. Ido like to hold. I want to get back to more rentals like I had B4 the crash. I had 18 rentals Problem was I did no wholesaling. Rehab n acquisition costs came from private lenders being in 2nd position. Now w wholesaling keeping money coming in I can take properties subject to, rehab and sell on owner financing or rent to own and only have 1st lien to cash flow. Great for you!!!🔥🔥🔥
