Hi everyone! My name is Noel Ramirez. I was invited here by @Oscar Setiawan and @Joe Juarbe as I met them at Blue Prime Solutions. I'm from Mexico and live in Elgin, Illinois. My background is the medical field. I recently graduated from Aurora University with my bachelors degree in BSN, and am a registered nurse. During high school and college, I would always study business on my own time. I decided to take a leap my Mexican parents thought was crazy! I started my first business ever, a commercial real estate company. I hired 2 mentors, and within a few months, I acquired my first self-storage facility. I specialize in finding, funding, and running self-storage facilities. My family comes from poverty and have no business background whatsoever. This inspired me to make a change, I always knew I could do more. My goal for 2026 is to continue building my self storage portfolio and optimize my business to run at its maximum potential.
