Finding the pricing your Projects/Automations to clients based on its value
Newbie questions. I've implemented workflows on n8n and Zapier for free. And I've been in the space for quite a while now. How are you guys pricing your automations to your clients? How do you compute the amount of USD that the client's company is losing because of manual works, repetitive tasks and quality loss?

This insight gave me the most clarity after weeks of pondering. Thanks @Paul De Bare !
HOW TO SET YOUR PRICE (Without Underpricing)
Quick question for anyone selling a skill or service here โ€” Are you pricing based on what feels "safe," or on what it actually costs your client to stay stuck without you? I ask because I made this mistake for months. Priced low because I was scared of hearing "no." Turns out low prices don't get you more yeses โ€” they get you clients who never value the work. The shift: talk about their pain first. Let them feel the cost of doing nothing. THEN bring up your price โ€” by then it feels small. Would love to hear how others here think about this. What's your pricing philosophy? Questions :- 1.any addons ? 1. 2. how you set price of your work ??

How to check = "Is your automation idea actually worth building?"
framework to check if this automation worth to build ๐Ÿ“‹ Use this checklist to find automation opportunities: [ ] Does it repeat? (Same thing same way every time) [ ] How many people/times? (More = more valuable) [ ] How much time saved? (Multiply by hourly rate) [ ] Can it be fully automated or just partially? (Full = better) [ ] Does the process stay the same? (Yes = automatable) [ ] Would they pay for it? (Yes = build it) [ ] Are there 5+ potential customers? (You need a market) [ ] Can you find them? (LinkedIn, Facebook, referrals) SCORING: 7-8 checkboxes = GOLD (build this first) 5-6 checkboxes = GOOD (build this second) 3-4 checkboxes = MAYBE (research more) <3 checkboxes = SKIP (find better opportunity) I use this framework to evaluate every automation idea. When I spot something that hits 7+ boxes, I know it's worth building. Try it this week: - Find 3 processes that repeat in your world - Run them through this checklist - See which scores highest Drop your highest-scoring opportunity in comments ๐Ÿ‘‡ add pdf of this point with example !! Questions: - 1.what you think about this framework?? 2.any add-ons?

Hiring Automators Who Ship: a dedicated n8n + Python builder (paid trial โ†’ full-time monthly)
Hey all, I run a small AI-automation studio and I've got more signed work than I can ship solo. I'm looking for 1 to 2 builders to come on as dedicated seats. Here's the honest pitch: most automation work out there is one-off spaghetti for clients who don't know what they want. What I'm offering is the opposite: steady, full-time work building real automations that go live every week for an established US company, inside a documented system, with me handing you clear specs and reviewing your work so you actually get sharper. You get real feedback from the client (who is engaged and technically savvy). I'm a systems engineer by background. You bring the craft, I bring the system and the specs. You're a fit if you: - Build real n8n workflows (not just templates) - Write Python / FastAPI and can deploy it (Railway or similar); Vibe coding OK here - Can wire n8n into a custom Python service when a job needs both - Speak working English (Spanish is a plus) - Can deliver and can communicate honestly about issues and challenges We'll work together to establish a working methodology and then we go. Pace is ~3 automations/week across the team, 80+ automations in two quarters, so you'll get a ton of reps fast. Deal: dedicated monthly seat, but we start with one small paid trial so we both de-risk. Rate $8 to $30 full time. Room to grow as I scale. If that's you: drop a 2โ€“3 min Loom walking me through one automation you've built + how you'd have n8n call a custom Python service. DM it to me here in Skool.

Hello @Roger Roland , I think this fits my experience and what I've created as well. Been in the AI Automation space for more than a year now. Would love to start connecting with you

I used to think booking more meetings meant buying more tools. Every week there was a new "must-have" app promising more leads, better personalization, or higher reply rates. My stack kept growing... but my results didn't. Then I stopped chasing tools and started building a system. Now every tool has one clear job, and together they create an outbound engine that runs with minimal manual work. Here's the stack: 1. Claude Code Runs ICP qualification, lead scoring, AI reasoning, and deep personalization. 2. Apify Scrapes LinkedIn, Clutch, G2, and other platforms for highly targeted prospect data. 3. Apollo Builds lead lists, finds decision-makers, and provides verified contact data. 4. Smartlead Launches cold email campaigns and manages replies from a unified inbox. 5. Sales Navigator Finds decision-makers and companies showing buying or growth signals. 6. Aimfox Automates LinkedIn outreach safely from the cloud. 7. Fathom AI Records sales calls and generates AI summaries with action items. 8. Cal.com Lets prospects book meetings without the back-and-forth. 9. InboxKit Creates and manages Google and Microsoft mailboxes for outbound. 10. RB2B Identifies companies visiting your website so you can follow up while interest is fresh. 11. MillionVerifier Verifies email lists to improve deliverability. 12. Linkup Enriches company information directly from their websites. 13. Clay Adds extra enrichment and personalization data to every lead. 14. CloudTalk Handles outbound calling with a cloud-based phone system. 15. AdsPower Safely manages multiple LinkedIn profiles for outreach. The biggest lesson I learned? The advantage doesn't come from owning the most tools. It comes from connecting the right tools into one repeatable system. That's what turns outreach into a predictable client acquisition engine. Which tool in your outbound stack has delivered the biggest ROI? #ColdEmail #B2BOutreach #LeadGeneration #SalesAutomation #AIAutomation #RevOps
