Don't create another single piece of content until you do this
Don't create another single piece of content until you know what you're selling and how to monetize it. 1. If I had known this, it would have saved me months of time and money. I've spent two years growing an agency and helping creators monetize. 2. The first thing you need to do is STOP creating content if you want to make money online. I spent 8 months creating content without trying to monetize, and it was a big mistake. 3. I used to think I needed a huge audience before selling anything. This belief cost me time and potential income. Creating content without an immediate plan to monetize is a trap. 4. I’ve learned that you need to sell something from day one. Creating content without an offer is pointless. If you're waiting for 5,000 followers to sell your service, you’re mistaken. 5. My advice: Start selling your offer right away. Don't wait to build a big audience. Your initial followers should know about your services from the get-go. 6. Two risks of creating content first: - You might build an audience that doesn't want to buy. - You could end up with an audience but no idea how to monetize it. 7. Instead, start with an offer and build your content around it. Andrew Kirby's advice: don't create content until you know what you're selling and how to monetize it. 8. There are two main things you can sell: done-for-you services (like an agency) or done-with-you services. DIY services are hard to sell and deliver. 9. If you're not making $10k/month yet, you likely have a demand constraint. Make your offer more attractive to your prospects. It might mean more work, but it will help you hit your income goals faster. 10. Focus on making it easy for your prospects to say yes. Offer high-ticket, high-value services to accelerate your path to success. If you want my personal 1:1 help just DM on IG and I can help you out.
