What I Noticed
Today I noticed how quickly I go into autopilot when making small decisions. I paused for a moment and asked myself, “What do I actually want right now?” The answer was different than my usual habit. Still exploring this. What about you?

I'm still exploring
Yoga is funny like that…
You walk in thinking it’s just stretching, then spend half the class wondering if your leg is in the right place. Someone says “relax your face”and suddenly you realize your eyebrows have been working overtime. Balance poses? Humbling.Savasana? Elite. Basically a guided nap. It’s quiet… until your stomach decides to speak up.And somehow breathing becomes confusing when you think about it too much. You go for calm, leave slightly confused—but lighter in a way that keeps you coming back.

I can totally relate 😅
I used to think I needed to “fix” my habits.
Now I’m starting to see I just need to notice them first. Shifting from "fixing" to "noticing" changes everything. It moves you from a mindset of force to one of awareness. - Creates Space: Noticing builds a gap between an impulse and an action, giving you the room to choose. - Removes Judgment: When the goal is just to observe, you stop fighting yourself and start collecting data. - The Observer Effect: Simply shining a light on a subconscious routine weakens its automatic grip. Awareness is the intervention. Once you stop being the "fixer" and start being the "observer," the habits often begin to shift on their own.

Breath
Before picking up your phone, take one conscious breath. That’s it.
