TX Intestacy Succession Explained
If you want to get into curative, the primary understanding you must acquire is tracking undivided interest accurately. And the way to do this is via Texas's Treasure Map aka the Intestacy Succession Chart!! People who die without a Will die intestate and they will fall under different categories depending on WHO they are at the time of their death - so dates matter. Texas is also a community property state so finding out HOW the decedent (deceased) acquired property (Community or Separate) is the first step. Get the original vesting deed and then track UDI (undivided interest). Let me know if you comprende. I can also host a LIVE training session on my process if you're interested.

If you’re operating from one screen, may the force be with you. At least for researching efficiently, an additional screen is recommended. I don’t mess around, I got a big boy so I can have multiple windows open. I’ve got my CRM on the left side, then land records and docket in the middle, and lastly my skip tracing window with Google, findagrave, and ancestry on my far right. It’s my Research Assembly line. For the brave operators out there, share your space!
