I need to do marketing my content better, and start building an email list.
Articulate Speaking:✨ Speak Simply: Answer Well
Activity: Have someone ask you random questions, or make a list for yourself. Answer each one in just 1–2 sentences, aiming to be direct and easy to understand. ✅ What to practice: - Keep it brief: Reply only to what is asked — leave out extra facts or stories unless they are necessary. - Speak clearly: Use simple words and finish every thought completely, rather than stopping halfway or trailing off. - Sound confident: Start your answer right away, without using filler words like “um”, “ah”, or “well”. 💡 Example: ❔ “What is your favourite season and why?” ✅ “Autumn is my favourite. I enjoy the mild weather and the beautiful colours of the falling leaves.” ❓ Do you find it harder to keep your answers short or to make sure they are clear? Do you naturally tend to give long replies or short ones?

I love this, some great tips here.
One of the Two is TRUE.
F.E.A.R. — Face Everything And Rise This is the "warrior" perspective. It suggests that growth only happens when you move directly toward the thing that intimidates you, using the fear as fuel for your character development. F.E.A.R. — Forget Everything And Run This represents the "flight" response. It is the choice to retreat into safety and avoid the discomfort required for progress. Which one are you?

I'm mostly number 2 to be honest. But I am getting better, striving to be more like number 1.
Guard the Flywheel
Today's quote from the book: “Momentum is sacred. It is the fusion of consistency, belief, and obedience.” Doing What You Know, Chapter 11, p. 223 Once the flywheel turns, don’t waste it. Protect the streak. Feed it tiny, repeatable reps. Belief lifts the ceiling. Consistency pushes the wheel. Obedience keeps it pointed at the right target. Skip the heroics. Keep the promise so small you can’t miss. Let motion create more motion. Choose one 5-minute rep you’ll run today to feed momentum. Do it and log the streak count.

Very well said! The biggest way to get momentum is to get started.
Calm Choice, Real Change
Today's quote from the book: “Instead, it was a calm acknowledgment that I had grown weary of repeating the same patterns.” Doing What You Know, Chapter 3, p. 33 Breakthroughs don’t always roar. Sometimes they whisper, and you finally listen. You notice the loop. Same start. Same stall. Same story. That quiet honesty is power. It turns “someday” into “now.” Small, clean moves replace the drama. You don’t need a mood swing. You need one different first step. Run it today. Repeat it tomorrow. Write the pattern you’re done repeating. Choose one 5-minute first move that breaks it and do it before you sign off.
