Did my manifestation journal for the 7th day in a row. Closed a buyer yesterday. Went on two listing appointments, neither home ready to list yet but I think I got them both a to do list and will get them as clients when they execute repairs needed.

1 year, still a newbie, no listings on my own, 4 as co-list on flips we sold, here to meet my goal of 50 in 2026-2027. Did go on two listing appointments this week and closed a buyer yesterday so those are my micro wins.
