Support this weekend
Hi everyone, It's that time of year. Graduations! It's happening for us, too, as we celebrate our youngest's college graduation. Because I’ll be traveling, I won’t be able to handle support tickets as efficiently as usual over the next few days. However, I want to make sure you have everything you need to keep moving forward with your sermon prep! If you run into any technical snags, here are two quick ways to get help: - The Preach360 Troubleshooting Guide: I’ve put together a simple, step-by-step guide that covers the most common fixes (like performing a hard refresh to clear out "glitchy" cached data). You can access the guide here. - The In-App "Help" Button: Within the Preach360 web app, you can use the Help button to ask questions directly. It can even suggest specific solutions or help you reset your position if you feel "stuck" in a certain section. Thank you for your grace and understanding as I take this short break to celebrate. I’m so grateful to be on this journey with you all and can't wait to hear how Sunday went when I'm back. Tethered to the cross with you, McKay P.S. If you haven't tried the Preach360 web app yet, take it for a free test drive at preach360.com. P.S.S. Miss the Faithful Preaching in the Age of AI webinar this week? Here's the replay

Welcome to the Preach360 Community! Our goal is to help you create margin for life & ministry by drafting biblically rich, gospel-focused sermons in a single afternoon with the Preach360 Sermon Studio, which guides pastors step by step through the sermon-building process using the PPGR preaching framework. ☕️ A COMMUNITY VS A LIBRARY Preach360 is designed to be a pastoral community, not just a personal library. Real growth happens when we learn together, share wins, acknowledge challenges, and genuinely engage with one another. To encourage participation, I'm going to use the "gamification" features built into Skool's "leaderboard," not to pressure anyone, but to facilitate connection in a fun way. How to Level Up on the Board. It’s simple. Introduce yourself, ask questions, and encourage others. Engagement is our way of ensuring this remains a vibrant, supportive fellowship of pastors, rather than a quiet library. 👋 IN CASE YOU DON'T KNOW ME My name is McKay Caston. Over 30 years as a pastor, author, and seminary professor, I've served churches of different sizes in urban, suburban, rural, and college-town contexts, with my last pastoral call as a church planter in Dahlonega, GA. My life mission is to help pastors preach cross-tethered sermons and live cross-tethered lives. I've been married for 35 years and have three adult children. When not here, I enjoy time at home and hiking the mountains of north Georgia. 🚦 Basic community "guidelines." 1. This is a safe place. 2. This is not a place for political rants. 3. Be constructive. 4. Honor confidentiality. 5. No solicitation or spam. HERE ARE YOUR NEXT STEPS: ✅ Step 1: Introduce yourself in the comments section below 1. Who are you & where are you serving? (City/State/Country) 2. What is your current preaching context? (Solo pastor, church planter, staff, student?) 3. What is your biggest challenge with sermon prep right now? 4. Drop a link to your church website and/or sermons (optional).

PRAYERS APPRECIATED
Friends I would appreciate your prayers right now. Our mother church is deciding to sell the building where we have currently been meeting at for the past 4 years. When we planted this church we were blessed with inheriting this property from a dying church. We are located in an ubran setting in the heart of Miami where many poor, broken, and marginalized people live, and our mother church and the council feels they are no longer able to cover our financial shortfall. They decided to relocate us to a different area in Miami as a replant with the proceeds of the sale being part of our fundraising campaign. Sunlight Miami is a thriving community of faith with influence in the community for the past 4 years but as a leadership team we understand the financial instability. But it's a tough situation to be in nonetheless. Pray that we can lead well and with love throughout this transition. That I can lead with discernment as many will lament and grieve the loss of many memories build and bridges built into this community. People coming to faith in Jesus, being liberated from addictions, and marriages being set free. I'm trusting Jesus out of a posture of rest and freedom that He will carry us through and that because of our union with Jesus and the resurrection of Jesus, the life of the Church does not depend on a place, but on a Person.

Preach 360 System
Good morning, I am excited to announce that I will preach this Sunday with the Preach 360. This Wednesday's workshop helped me plan and be done by Thursday afternoon. Especially this week, first time back-to-back preaching on Sundays. - Principle: Faith is not anchored in a situation, but in a person that sustains us when we go through any circumstance. - Problem: When life feels out of control, our struggle is that we place our faith in our own ability to manage the storm rather than resting in Jesus, which only leads to fear and sinking. - Gospel: Jesus walked into the ultimate storm of sin and death on the cross, enduring the waves of God's wrath in our place, so that our faith can rest securely in His finished work of rescue and reconciliation. - Response: Because Jesus took our ultimate storm, the Holy Spirit frees us to stop relying on our own doing and instead fix our faith on the One who is sovereign over every situation. Matthew 14:22-33
