@William J hunt For me, I don’t try to move someone straight from overthinking into action. That usually just creates more pressure. First I help them notice the state behind the overthinking. Because overthinking is rarely the real problem, it’s usually resistance, fear, or an old identity trying to stay safe. Once they see that, we make the action smaller and cleaner. Not “fix your whole life by Friday” Just one next step that proves the new identity. Consistent action starts when the nervous system stops treating every move like a threat.
