Introduction and follow up
I'll bite. John Francis, Trauma/General Surgeon, Assoc Prof of Clinical Surgery IUSM, WeAlign and COSMOadvantage Coach. living in Lafayette Indiana. My greatest challenge currently is designing a comprehensive 3-yr program for training medical students in Mature Physician Leadership - to roll out this Fall. Pilot programs have gone well. Now it is time to take the plunge. Thankful for a cadre of colleagues running this race together!

I am Bill Mason, Executive Coach, My wife Anna and I live in Destin, FL on the Panhandle. My greatest challenge currently is organizing our house we recently moved into!
