I leverage OpenAI’s ai assistant to manage a rag of my on prem and cloud architecture. This assistant has a set of mcp and tools… For ai coding agents I use aider, gitlab, and an ai agent to manage the aider ai agent. N8n, litellm, openwebui are tools that I use daily. Other notable tools would be observer, khoj, autogen, crew AI I have been building out agentic ai integrations into sub ai agents to build out infrastructure like VMware, openstack, or aws. With tools like rundeck and api’s I have given my agent ai hands essentially. I leverage gsuite heavily because of the cost. But once I have something proven I move it over to a Postgres’s database or add cache mechanisms. I use chat, email, or phone/sms to communicate with my ai agents.
@Wayne Corcoran I use Nextiva. I used to work there as well! But as a Linux/datacenter/infrastructure engineer. I use regular VoIP/ sip lines and connect it to opensips ai voice connecter. I manage speech to text and text to speech services myself. This setup allows me to self host everything and get the most out of Nextiva’s legacy VoIP/call center services. I’m leveraging this to research agentic ai cross collaboration with humans and other agents.
