If I win NS contracts, how do I package them? Lets assume they come in their original pckging, with the original labels. DO i ship them out like that? Remove the labels? Keep the labels? Please help

Hi All. I would appreciate some insight on if you can supply commercial new surplus to the DLA. If so, can you go into details on how you submit you bid in dibbs? What documents might you need to provide?

@Day Cantave Hi Mr. Cantave. So in the bid form for material requirements you would click "No"? DO you need to specify that it is surplus or bid as regular.
