Bio: Hi, I am Gail 2.0 and I live on the Mull of Kintyre. I have been on 12x for 15 months and it’s changed my life . Every day is a school day on here

Bio: Been in 12x programme since July 2024. I’m 67 years old with some mobility difficulties but this programme has got me much more motivated and mobile.
