@Vibeke Eriksen Hey lovely, this is a great question and something I have personally wrestled with! Firstly, I think it's important to acknowledge the confusion the masculine/feminine polarity movement online has created. The internet, and specifically social media, can be a very black and white place lacking nuance. I thought I would share some of my perspective below in case it could help you. Human beings are diverse and fluid, and there are no hard and fast rules about what is and isn't feminine, outside of biology. You are born a biological female, therefore you are "in your feminine". You can't not be feminine, you can only lose touch with your feminine essence (where we see women adopting masculine traits or choosing to become men). So the good news is you can always come back to it! There's a funny narrative that's gone around about women working being a masculine thing. Whether your career is to be a CEO or you are a full time mum, the thing you spend most of your time doing doesn't define whether you are in your masculine or feminine. However, the energy we bring to something can lend us to feeling more or less feminine. Maybe your work environment feels overly masculine, maybe it's the way you structure your work day - it could be many things. It could be helpful to take some time to reflect upon what makes you feel more feminine? Is it when you have a beautiful morning routine before work? A nourishing lunch break? Setting up your space so it feels soft, cosy and aesthetically pleasing? Having a post work wind-down ritual? Movement during the day like a walk or some stretching to stay connected to your body? I think a lot of women associate that "hustle" energy with being masculine, and yes, healthy masculine men who are living in alignment with their true nature are usually very driven, focused, tenacious, hard working, sacrificial, goal-oriented, assertive, persevering, decisive etc. So, whilst knowing it's perfectly okay and at times necessary for you to adopt the above qualities, how can you bring more of the qualities of the feminine into your approach to work so you feel more balanced and harmonious within yourself?
Session 1: “May I offer a reflection”
Been meaning to share this since last week… That same day after our Zoom, I tried “May I offer a reflection” in a real time conversation. And WOW… it turned into a deeply honest, authentic exchange! What a powerful line. 🔥 Thanks for the GOLD @Jaguar Heart

One of my favourites too! I remember when Jag first said this to me during a conversation, and it created safety and openness for me in that moment because it demonstrated his awareness around my emotional state, my needs and my boundaries. Sometimes we just need someone to listen, sometimes we are looking for someone to give us insights and reflections. Gaining consent in this way ensures the other is open and willing to receive what we have to say 🥰
