How do you recommend practicing at home and are there any specific things that we should be doing the most often? I usually find my self working on my basic for 10-15 min(body movement, weight transfer, etc.) then either doing one of the zoom sessions or practicing the last zoom session I did. Then some body movement or whatever else i want to work on. But not really sure what is the best way to spend let's say an hour or two a day.

How do you recommend practicing at home? Are there any training/practice methods that work? I do the videos and practice them for a couple days until I feel comfortable doing the routine but not sure what’s the best way to go about improving solo at home.
