I would like to learn more about it

I currently have ownership interest in 4 properties in two different states. I want to create/treat these as a business to best leverage their income and the benefits. I’m attempting to sort out random info like…each property should be its own LLC, establish all under a trust. Short term…me to own these properties and family will rent. Long term, either maintain these properties as rentals or liquidate with a sound cost effective strategy considered. Oh yeah…I have future properties in mind to add.
