Hi, My name is Gina. And I did my first issue of my comic book Arcanum about a year ago. It’s based off my first novel. I also have a couple of ideas for other comic book series and graphic novels.

@Gina Kern Good job accomplishing issue #1! What are some of the lessons learned and challenges you overcame? What questions/answers would help make issue #2 easier?

Hi Gina, Comic Book sales, or lack thereof, can come from a lot of different things. Quality of the comic, design of the campaign, effectiveness of the marketing, etc. The best part is that each of those things is a skill that can be improved. One recommendation is to practice separating yourself from your project emotionally and looking at it objectively. Looking at your comic - what is one thing you could do to improve the quality? Looking at your campaign - what is one thing you can do to make it stand out more? etc.
