Proofs over Promises?
We should establish credibility by showing proof. A question for those of you that have been in business for awhile. When starting out how did you approach this with prospective clients? It makes sense to me that you want to show them these proofs to help establish credibility rather than make promises. I tend to make promises that I may not currently be able to fulfill then spend a lot more time trying to fulfill them because I underestimated how much of my time that will take. What proofs did you have to show as the new business in town? I would love to hear how you were able to establish that credibility with your prospects?

When I had my marketing agency (before I started my cleaning business) I would offer to do work for free, and if they liked it, we could talk about working together. You could do something similar with an offer like "if you're not 100% satisfied with how clean your office is after the first cleaning... you don't pay." This allows you to prove to them you can do what you say you can do, without having the proof ahead of time.
Need operation manager?
I'm running a remote cleaning business in Tampa, FL. I currently have two major commercial cleaning clients—a spa and an event venue. In the next few months, we expect to secure more clients. However, I need a reliable way to receive payments from clients and pay my cleaners. That’s why I’m looking for a US-based partner who can handle collecting payments and distributing wages to the cleaners. In return, I’m offering a 25% commission on each cleaning job.
