Day 3 Challenge: The Identity Mirror
If you don’t decide who you are as a teacher, your classroom will decide for you, and that’s where confidence starts to slip.Take 10 minutes and define it for yourself: - I am the kind of teacher who… - My students will experience… - No matter what happens, I will always… Write it down and keep it visible, because when things get hard, you won’t have to guess who you are, you’ll already know.

I am a reflective educator who listens first, builds deep trust, and sees the unique potential in every child. My students will experience a safe space to make mistakes, authentic care, and genuine encouragement. No matter what happens, I will always advocate for their well-being and believe in them.
