Congrats 🎉
You are the presentation. 🫵
"I am, I always have been, and I always will be the presentation." 🎤💧 - David JP Phillips, Death By PowerPoint TEDx Talks It's 5am, and I'm watching this on YouTube, and this was one gem that hit me in the face. When you present, you're the H.O.S.T. 👩‍🎤 You're Human. Original. Silly. Totally you. What's you're top 2 struggles you want to improve specific to the delivery (how) you present/facilitate?

@Natalie Duncan great advice! Thanks for this.
Fun, Audience First presentations change what people remember & do
TLDR: ✔️ P.L.A.Y. with your live audience. Don't focus so much on the slides. Focus on them. ✔️ H.O.S.T. them. How you make them feel is the stuff people actually remember and act on. A survey of professionals on presentations (Prezi / Kelton, summarized by Chief Media) found that: 🎯 People are far more engaged when presentations have: a clear story, visually stimulating elements, and two-way dialogue 🎯 Boring, text-heavy slides make people zone out, multitask, and forget the content Thoughts??

Great points. Things that evoke emotions make a longer lasting impression.
A HUGE W
A real viable member joined my community earlier and has been engaging with me there throughout the day. Then, on his own, asked if he could share a recorded webinar for me to roast...and I just wrapped that up and posted it in my community. I could cry I'm so happy...the conversations are happening and one by one a member will join the community. Thanks for all the love, support, and encouragement here, y'all!!!!!!! If anyone is interested in playing, I'd love to be personally roasted in how I gave him feedback.

Nice!
Real Community Before Metrics
I quit checking my Discovery number like it was a fucking mood ring. I started focusing on better content and real conversations inside my community instead. I haven’t seen explosive growth, but I have seen deeper connection and that’s what actually makes this sustainable. If the community is in order, the numbers will catch up… are you building for vanity or for staying power?

You’re gaining the right people for your community. Those in it for the right reasons and will stay with you.
