About 10 years ago I randomly saw an ad on Facebook and clicked “interested.” That’s it. That was the whole decision. Who would have known that one click would take me all the way to where I am today. Acroyoga found me, not the other way around. Since then it’s been so much more than a workout. It taught me balance, self worth, power of community. Acro became my language, my anchor, the thing that keeps me grounded no matter where in the world I am. And today I’m simply happy to pass all of it on, in every single class. Till now my PHYSICAL studio is doing fantastic. Great classes. Amazing team of teachers. But I’m not done.
