So our hot lead turned cold. Last week we stumbled across a landlord who was open to the idea, we went to view his property, we had a really hopeful chat and all that was left to do was verbally agree and sign the contracts… but today we found out he’s gone with someone on a regular AST!! We are devestated BUT we will not let it stop us. The point of this post is to show you that if your journey is sounding like ours… then it’s ok. We have got this guys, together!

My partner and I had our first call with Ben & Hollie this evening after signing up last week. Fair to say it was a super valuable call, we had a great chat about their journey into R2SA, the highs, the lows, our goals and ambitions and they even spent the time looking on Rightmove and crunching numbers with us. We have learnt a lot from this call alone and put the phone down feeling very motivated to get cracking. Here’s to securing deals 💪
