It looks incredible given the quality of what came out in @Logan Skees video demo, so I’m dropping a few prompts here to see if it can help me unlock some challenges in two of my businesses : I’m going to try providing more detailed prompts to get a more relevant answer than in my first test. Prompt 1 : "Run a complete diagnostic of the following situation. I launched a podcast studio in Saint-Gilles, on Reunion Island (French market). Unlike similar studios in Paris that are doing very well, mine is generating almost no revenue or bookings. Here are the key numbers: fixed rent of €1200/month, base offer starting at €120/hour for raw files, with upsells for editing, short form content, etc ... My doubts: is this a market problem (wrong location, bad idea in Reunion), a positioning problem (wrong target/angle/packages) we are currently tarketing entrepreneurs and podcasters in our messages, an offer problem (perceived value too low or pricing misaligned), or simply a lack of distribution/marketing? As for the sets, we have a small studio, so we had to set up 1 modular set that can be transformed into 3 different setups, which are quite similar since the furniture is just moved around between bookings if a different set is requested. In other studios, the sets usually stay fixed because the spaces are larger, but here we’re working with 50m² that isn’t very well laid out and can’t be modified because of the door’s location. We’ve had a few one-off clients for YouTube videos, ads, client testimonials, podcasts, but nothing recurring or stable enough to self-finance the studio. I want you to help me solve this deeply by first giving me the critical strategic questions I need to answer in order to know if this business can work here (and the differents answers I need). Because it’s been 6 months since the opening. Then, based on those questions, give me a clear analysis to: 1. Identify whether this is primarily a market problem, an offer problem, a positioning issue, or a distribution issue. 2. Determine if there is solvable demand in this local market, and how to test that quickly (with little budget and little time). 3. Show me exactly how to adjust my offers/packages to make them irresistible (pricing, deliverables, promise, guarantees, bundling). 4. Define a simple, actionable distribution plan (content, partnerships, outreach, launch offers) to self-finance, and then scale the concept across the island. 5. Provide me with a clear method to objectively decide, within 60 days, whether I should persist (and how to scale), pivot (and in what direction), or shut down this studio.
