If you've opened a new Cowork project in the last few weeks, you may have noticed a change. Each new project now connects to only one folder. That matters for anyone running a setup like ours. The Agent OS was built around one big Cowork folder. My writing rules, my About Me and all the templates lived in shared folders, and every project folder reached up into them. Once a project could only see its own folder, those shared files were out of reach. 🧰 So we moved them into skills... 🧩 What a skill is A skill is a set of instructions Claude loads when the task calls for it. The writing style guide is a skill. So is the listing presentation, with its engine and logos bundled inside. Claude picks the right one based on what you ask. 📦 What a plugin is A plugin is a package of skills you install once. We now have three: - Core (4 skills): writing style, About Me, output rules, new project setup - Listings (8 skills): new listing setup, MLS description, agent remarks, listing presentation, open house flyer, weekly seller update, property website, commercial OM - Newsletter (4 skills): setup, weekly build, add a link, push to email ✅ What changes for you - Your rules and templates go with Claude into any project. A listing folder no longer needs access to your whole Cowork folder. - You update a skill in one place, and every project gets the change. - The same plugins run in Cowork, in Claude Code and on every computer you use. - 🎥 On today's call we'll go over what changed, and how to update your systems.
