I am glad you are here! This space is a tool for me as much as it's for you. I love this work, and I'm going to be in here doing it right alongside you this whole first year. If you're reading this, stick around. The name is half a joke. It's also the title of my book, coming soon. The truth under it is simple: growth is simple. It is not easy. We're all here, me included, to build better, more meaningful lives. That takes some willingness on your part. Willingness to ask for help when you need it (use the Help Me tab). Willingness to celebrate your wins out loud (Wins tab). And willingness to pace yourself, because this is a long game. Over the coming weeks I'll be rolling out challenges and prizes for playing the growth game with us.
