@Robyn Nelson If you don't want to lose the training you've done, usually there's an option to import that to other LLMs like Claude and vise versa. you can just ask chatgpt "How can I import my memory here to claude" and it will guide you through it.

Export from ChatGPT — paste this prompt into a ChatGPT chat: "I'm moving to another service and need to export my data. List every memory you have stored about me, as well as any context you've learned about me from past conversations. Output everything in a single code block so I can easily copy it." 2. Import into Claude — go to Settings → Capabilities → Memory Import, or visit claude.com/import-memory 3. Biggest change I've seen in my life is projects (I code) and studies that used to take hours now take minutes. Huge time saver. One good thing I've picked up is connecting it to my calendar and being able to fill my calendar up as If I'm talking on the phone with an assistant.
