Week 9: Integration & Appreciation 🌅✨IFS informed EMDR Group Therapy
This week isn't just about looking back—it's about honoring how far you've come and anchoring these gains into your future. In therapy, we often focus on what's broken. But today? We celebrate what's been rebuilt: 💫 The courage your parts showed in healing 🤝 The internal cooperation you've cultivated🧭 The Self-leadership you've strengthened 🌱 The transformation you've lived Integration isn't a finish line. It's the practice of bringing all of you—protectors, exiles, and Self—into harmony as you move forward. What's one thing you appreciate about your own journey? 💛
