What is one thing that triggers you when it comes to men? A lot of the time, your triggers are actually pointing you toward your shadow. They're invitations to look deeper at your masculine wound. For example, imagine you tell your partner, "I want flowers." Instead, he comes home with chocolates. In his mind, he still got you a gift. He believes he was thoughtful. But what gets activated in you isn't the gift itself—it's the feeling of not being heard. Now you're thinking: "Why do I have to explain everything? Why doesn't he listen?" Without realizing it, you step into your masculine energy. You start managing, correcting, and mothering him because it feels like you have to teach him how to love you. But here's the deeper question... Is this really about the flowers? Or is it touching an old wound of feeling unseen, unheard, or emotionally unsupported? This is why I always say: your triggers are information. They're not there to punish you—they're revealing the parts of you that are still asking to be healed. ✨ I'd love to hear from you. What's one thing that consistently triggers you in relationships with men? Drop it in the comments. At the end of the month, we'll be diving much deeper into these patterns during a healing session, where we'll uncover the root of what's really being activated and begin healing it at the source.

Feliz Lunes: READ THIS.
I hope y'all had a wonderful weekend. Para esta semana, I want you to really understand where your power comes from as a woman. A lot of you are here because something feels missing. But it's not confidence. It's self-trust. It's being able to do what you desire without shame, guilt, or needing someone else's permission. As women, we have access to incredible power, magic, intuition, and resources. The question is... are you using them? This week, I want you to watch the first lesson: "What Is Your Power?" Then come back here and share your thoughts below. 👇 💭 What stood out to you? 💭 What did you learn about yourself? 💭 Where have you been giving your power away Remember, if you participate, your reality can change. Reading a lesson is one thing. Applying it is where transformation happens. Have a blessed week, hermosa. 🤍

Hello, I think in general the area where I have been giving my power away is to those whose approval I seek of a “Good Job, I am proud of you or a thank you”. I know that I don’t need it I get it from everywhere else and have come to the realization that all need is to be agradesida for the experiences that I went thru. The experience of heartbreak, desolucion, guilt, where things I felt because of the standard I put for myself to be. I know I am powerful because I am raising 2 kids on my own who are respectful, have great ethics and are honest. I let them make their own choices and their own mistakes for them to learn as well. I teach them honesty is very important to feel free. Everything I have gone thru has made me the person I am not just to help my kids but to help others. And I know I am powerful because I have stepped into a different world where I am letting the universe guide me in the direction to my highest self and path and they have been opening doors for me.

OMG... 😆 I took myself on a solo date to the casino and had the BEST time of my life! Jaja, it's crazy how your energy starts to flow when you stop waiting for someone to do the things you enjoy with you. No guilt. No embarrassment. No explaining yourself. Just you... enjoying your life. ✨ That’s real feminine power. What are you up to this weekend? 👇 Let me know in the comments.

This is me
Hi, I’m Jocelyn from California, I’m a single mom navigating the beautifully chaotic world of raising two preteens. Right now, my focus is on romanticizing the everyday and truly enjoying the present moments with my kids, all while doing the deep spiritual work behind the scenes to build a better future. Ultimately, my biggest goals in life are to cultivate absolute inner peace and create a life of true liberty; for both myself and my family.
