🧠🐿️ Our Little Squirrels (and Other Adorable Critters)
As a mom of a kid with ADHD—and a former special ed teacher—I lovingly refer to our kids as squirrels (or other adorable critters). You know the type: • limited attention span • forgetful (but sincere) • distracted by everything • loses shoes… constantly • and somehow still so incredibly cute These traits aren’t flaws—they’re part of how our kids experience the world. Fast brains. Curious minds. Big hearts. 💛 Here’s the question for you: What “critter” does your child remind you of—and what do you secretly love about it? Drop it in the comments 🐿️🦊🐝 Let’s normalize this with humor, compassion, and a whole lot of love. (And yes… if you’ve ever searched for missing shoes while laughing and crying at the same time—you belong here. Betsy

I can relate! I have 11yo twins I'm not sure what critter they are. I've been working full time, filling in a position until it can be filled which also makes everything worse. That's coming to an end this weekend....yay!! Then starting next week I'll at least be home after school for them! 😊
