I've checked all my listing's and a few are saying digital downloads but I have only ever used the bulk upload on printshrimp so I don't know how that's happened.

This is my first physical order after spending hours doing the shop so I obviously really want to send the print 😭

Colours
If I've made a poster in 3 different colourways can I use bulk upload but list the 3 colours together and add a drop down box for colour choice? Or should I list them separately?

Print shrimp
I've just deleted 12 prints in the bulk listing that were generated but not posted and I've just lost 12 tokens 😩 I hadn't sent them to etsy. Also how do i change the mock ups I first chose for the bulk listing's and add a video?!

Bulk listing
Hi I've signed up to 50 prints a month on the bulk listing I've only listed 32 so far but it's showing as only 10 available. Now I'm no mathematician but surely that's wrong 😂 I've emailed print shrimp but haven't heard anything. Any advice?

@Kirsty Forsyth well I'm not sure tbh, they said I may have uploaded some then discarded them but that still counts as a credit 🤔 I don't remember doing that though so I'm not any wiser. I might just list my own in future and cancel the bulk listing tool x
