Bio: I'm 54, in peri-menaupause, I've gained over 20ibs. All my clothes are tight, I don't feel myself and I'd love to be able to stop taking HRT.

I’m a 50 in July perimenopause has hit me hard. Always exercised and still do, eat 70% clean however need to do better. Start a new journey
