Saguaro Moon
I was on a moon-chasing adventure in Arizona, hoping to capture a shot of the moon just brushing against the mountains in the desert. I was so lucky that a saguaro cactus was on the hill, creating this amazing silhouette! No AI, no crop. Canon R5 m2, 800 mm to create the illusion of a larger moon.

Love it!
Awesome sunset tonight
Sharing 2 images from tonight's sunset. These colors were already pretty accurate, but I tried using Serge's free presets on them, but they were overpowering since the sky was pretty spot on with using the histogram. I have used what I learned about the top and bottom linear gradients and boosting the shadows for the building. I've used the Lensbaby Sweet 35 lens for these. Honest critique appreciated and any tips on the presets? They weren't as underexposed as he shows in his videos.

Camera Suggestions
Looking to buy a new camera as I’m hoping to capture the Northern Lights later this year from an Arctic Circle cruise. Any suggestions?

We just got back last week, from an Iceland/greenland & eastern Canada cruise. The photo opportunities are endless. We went on an iceberg excursion and the blues in the ice are breathtaking. Unfortunately the one thing I wanted to do, was go to vigor island to photograph puffins, but the wind was too strong and we couldn’t get there in the small boat. I hope you have better luck, and I hope you get spectacular photos

Living in Vancouver is a blessing. Snow capped mountains kiss the pacific.
