Had a neck/back ablation, minor surgery today. They fry your nerves, and hopefully, this will kill the bad arthritis pain at that spot for anywhere from 6 to 18 months. Pretty painful, I wish I had taken the anesthesia. Definitely will next time. Self-care can be hard, but it's worth it.
