Reach for Mint to Wake things up!
Witches… when things feel stuck, reach for mint. Mint doesn’t sit still. It moves. It shifts. It wakes things up. If your energy feels heavy… if your day won’t turn… Take a few leaves. Rub them between your fingers. Breathe in deep. Then say: “Move.” That’s it. No long ritual. No perfect timing. Just a moment of intention and a plant that knows how to carry it. Mint doesn’t ask questions. It simply gets things flowing again. The Herb Witch 🌿

Rosemary Protection
Witches… if you have rosemary, you already have protection in your home. Not loud. Not dramatic. Just steady, watching energy. Rosemary doesn’t rush. It doesn’t push. It simply holds the line. Place a small sprig: 👉 near your door 👉 by your stove 👉 or where you sit most Each time you pass it, touch it. Let it know: “I’m here. Keep this place steady.” That’s enough. You don’t need anything complicated. Because rosemary isn’t about force… It’s about quiet strength that stays. The Herb Witch 🌿

Stanley the Mandrake Says:
Stanley the Mandrake says: "Hi. It’s me. Stanley. I look tough. I scream in legends. But drown me, and I will absolutely perish like a dramatic Victorian poet.” Here’s the thing. My roots like moist, not swimming lessons. When you overwater, the soil turns into a soggy mess, air disappears, and roots start gasping like, “Why is it wet again. We just talked about this.” Overwatering leads to: Root rot (which is exactly as gross as it sounds) Yellow, sulky leaves A plant that looks fine one day and collapses the next out of pure betrayal Stanley prefers: Water, then time to dry Soil that drains well You checking the dirt before pouring like you’re filling a bathtub So please. From Stanley. Don’t overwater. And yes — this goes for any herbs 🌿 Plants don’t hate water. They just hate being smothered. ~Lori

The Rosemary Grief Bag
🌿 Rosemary for Grief A Carrying Spell for Heavy Days Grief isn’t something you fix. It’s something you carry until it changes shape. Rosemary has always been used for remembrance, mourning, and staying steady when the heart feels split open. It doesn’t take the pain away. It keeps you upright inside it. 🌿 How to Make a Rosemary Grief Bag This is not a spell to forget. This is a spell to endure. You will need: Dried rosemary A small cloth bag, sachet, or scrap of fabric Black or white thread (use what you have) Steps: Hold the rosemary in your hands. Don’t rush this. Rosemary responds to presence, not words. Say quietly: “I carry my grief, but my grief does not carry me.” Place the rosemary into the bag. As you do, think of who you are grieving. You don’t need to speak their name unless you want to. Tie the bag closed with intention. One knot is enough. This is not about binding. It’s about holding. Carry the bag with you. Pocket. Purse. Bedside. Wherever the weight feels heaviest. 🌿 How to Use It Hold it when the waves hit. Sleep with it nearby. Press it to your chest when words fail. This isn’t a spell to “move on.” It’s a spell to stay connected without drowning. When the grief softens, return the rosemary to the earth or compost. Thank it. Rosemary understands endings. Herb Witch Truth Rosemary remembers so you don’t have to hold everything alone. The Herb Witch
