What do you want short-term rentals to do for you? Additional retirement income. 5. Why did you decide to join us? Knowledge. I don’t know a lot of people that are doing this with the biz model that we have (due to the high property cost and some STR laws in CA, we decided to instead invest in some fractional ownership & time share properties that are in other countries, and looking to STR these properties for several months out of the year). Hoping to take what I learn here and apply it to our biz model. 6. What are you good at that others in the community could ask you a question about? Marketing, branding, business development. 7.
