I'm so sorry ladies. It's really not like me to feel under the weather (especially when we have the great British sunshine playing out) - but annoyingly, I am feeling really run down and don't wanna be a rubbish host. I have lots of special events coming up - with a NeuroMagic-curated YinDHD workshop which will be running monthly across Cheshire and Greater Manchester (and online🥳). This has been a few years in the making, since I fell in love with teaching Yin in Peru during my YTT, so I'm super excited to be sharing this with you. I know how hard it is to rest and reset with ADHD, so I have designed it specifically with you (and ADHD) in mind. Let me know who's free next Wednesday for our online session, and I will make sure I am vitamin'd and mineral'd up and back to my best for you all Amy xoxo

Hi lovely ladies 🫶🏼 Excited to see you all tomorrow night. The session is titled Looping Thoughts / Anxiety - rather than being heavy on the info, I’m offering a grounding practice of Yin & Journalling. Don’t worry about preparing - just turn up, in a cozy space, in something comfy. Bring your favourite notebook and pen, or just a scrap of paper. Let me know below if you can make it (just a simple ❤️ on this will give me an idea of numbers) Lots of love x

✨ Unmasking ADHD: What’s Me… and What’s My Mask?
Hi ladies 💗 Before I finalise tomorrow night’s session, can you comment below if you’re joining us? 🕖 7pm UK time One of the most common questions I hear in 1:1 coaching is: “I don’t know what’s me… and what’s ADHD.” And underneath that question is something much deeper. • Was I always this anxious? • Is my quietness real… or learned? • Do I actually like being organised… or am I terrified of being judged? • Is my confidence authentic… or a survival strategy? Unmasking isn’t about blaming ADHD for everything or stripping away your personality. For my clients (including this brilliant group), it's about gently untangling: - Adaptation - Trauma responses - People-pleasing - Perfectionism - Hyper-independence - Burnout - And your actual core self We’ll hold open space tomorrow for: ✨ Stories ✨ Challenges ✨ Wins ✨ Identity shifts ✨ The grief that can come with late diagnosis ✨ The freedom that can come with self-trust This session will also be incredibly valuable for parents/carers of young women with ADHD who want to understand how masking develops — and how to support without reinforcing shame so invite your friends and colleagues if you think this may be useful to them.
