Bio: Short and sweet…multiple major injuries in my lifetime. Was a gym rat most of my life. Just finished my NASM cert. Learned not nearly enough.

Love nature, wild places and being active in them. Dabbled in yoga, karate, snow boarding, distance running - less in past 5 years - miss it!
